Columbus Behavioral Center for Children and Adolescents is a 56-bed, private residential behavioral health facility located in  Columbus, Indiana —just 45 minutes south of  Indianapolis . Set on 6.5 fully-fenced acres, our secure and therapeutic environment is designed to support the mental health needs of  male and female youth ages 8–18 .

We are currently seeking a  full-time Medical Director  to lead our  child and adolescent psychiatry services . This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate, experienced psychiatrist to make a lasting impact in a supportive, multidisciplinary care environment.

Position Highlights :

• Role :  Medical Director, Child and Adolescent Residential Treatment Program
• Location :  Full Time On-site, or hybrid with some tele-psychiatry : Columbus Behavioral Center, Columbus, Indiana
• Schedule :  Full-time; Employed or Independent Contractor
• Treatment Settings :  Residential and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs
• Responsibilities Include :
• Leadership and oversight of psychiatric treatment services
• Supervision of staff PMHNPs
• Participation in clinical call rotation
• Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure compliance with  UHS  policies and healthcare regulations
• Contribute to the strategic planning and program development
