Position Overview
- Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Assist surgical teams during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts with the circulating nurse
- Support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
