Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Place of Performance : Remote but must be able to work 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 EST

Years of Experience : 8

Education / Certification Requirements : BS Engineering Management Information Systems of Related Technical Degree or 10 years of Experience. ServiceNow Certification a Plus.

Specific Duties

This position will provide the ServiceNow Platform Administration services including but not limited to :

• Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation testing and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
• Setting up and configuring ServiceNow instances cloning update sets API and Restful web services integrations certificate management MID-Servers etc.
• Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification / remediation
• Manage Instance Security User / Group Access / Access Control Lists
• Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instances
• Resolve help desk / support tickets for reported incidents or defects
• Adhere to internal standards policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
