Retail Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports. The Assistant Team Leader also ensures exceptional associate and customer service experiences, maintains store standards, and ensures the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building are properly maintained.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer, and schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license is required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
