What you’ll be working on :

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits
• Providing care in‑office, at testing centers, and via tele‑health visits
• Continuously learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities
• Collaborating daily with in‑office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training to perform in‑office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experience required :

• Completed or in‑progress accredited Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 years of recent outpatient primary‑care practice (any age)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics, or board‑eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year of start date
• State licensed in California, obtained before start date

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary range : $288,000 – $300,000 (full‑time). Additional pay may be awarded for exceeding qualifications. Relocation assistance may be available.
