Mailing Processor

This position involves data manipulation, formatting of mailing lists, and assisting in the operation of mail equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Format and correct mailing lists.
• Presort and prepare documentation for the Post Office.
• Operate and assist with various equipment, including Inkjet, Inserter, Tabber, and more.
• Import, clean, and format customer mailing lists using software such as Excel, Access, or specialized mailing software.
• Apply postal presort logic to data to qualify for USPS discounts and ensure compliance with postal regulations.
• Generate and verify address barcodes, tray tags, and other USPS-required documentation.
• Perform data deduplication, address standardization, and NCOA (National Change of Address) processing.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Loves Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
