Infinitive is currently looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Consultant with experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

This individual will be part of a fun, dynamic team providing critical solutions for our clients in the financial services, media, and education industries.

Responsibilities : GRC Strategy Development : Support the development and implementation of GRC strategies aligned with clients' business objectives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identify potential threats, and collaborate with clients to develop effective risk mitigation strategies.

Compliance Management : Participate in the management of compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay updated on changes in compliance requirements. Policy Development : Collaborate with clients to develop and enhance policies and procedures to address governance, risk, and compliance challenges.

Audit and Assurance : Lead and support audit activities, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance measures.

Provide recommendations for improvement. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on GRC matters. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required. Proven experience as a GRC consultant, with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience.

In-depth knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Experience supporting and executing risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical, effective solutions. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC are a plus. Powered by JazzHR
