Position Overview

The Treatment Coordinator is the patient’s guide throughout their dental journey. This role requires an exceptional communicator with a polished customer service background who can translate complex treatment plans into clear, approachable conversations. More than scheduling and finances, this role is about creating trust, fostering relationships, and ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for.

A background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer care is highly desired, as we strive to bring five-star standards to dental care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage patients with warmth, professionalism, and a concierge mindset.
• Clearly explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements with empathy and confidence.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless care experiences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance options, and financing.
• Anticipate patient needs and elevate their experience with personalized touches.
• Support the clinical team by ensuring patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Qualifications

Required : Strong background in customer service and communication.

Preferred : Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end service industries.

Previous dental or medical office experience a plus (but not required if hospitality experience is exceptional).

Professional presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced yet refined environment.
