• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n

• Two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting. Prefer previous experience in Med / Surg, ER, ICU and / or OB.\n
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n
• ACLS and PALS are required within 90 days of hire.\n
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) within six months of date of hire\n
