Compliance : Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is highly preferred. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Focused : A passion for helping clients and meeting their needs. Driven : High level of motivation and the ability to work independently. Relationship Building : Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Problem Solving : Skill in identifying the needs of clients and developing solutions. Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
