What You’ll Do

Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported

Bring our active learning curriculum to life—while letting kids explore their own ideas

Lead playful activities indoors and outdoors (think : movement, dance, ninja, and more!)

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through kindness, creativity, and care

Partner with your team to follow all licensing and Sunrays safety standards

What We’re Looking For

A high school diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR

NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR

Total of 12 credits w / 6 credits in ECE & 6 months child experience OR

Associate’s degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary) OR

Bachelor’s degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary)

AND

CPR / First Aid certification

AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Someone who can safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day

Most importantly : a big heart, positive energy, and a passion for helping kids learn and grow
