Asset Protection And Omni Returns Fraud Initiatives

Supports the direction of asset protection and omni returns fraud initiatives by analyzing business objectives and customer needs, assisting in the development and execution of business strategies, plans, and practices. Contributes to cost analysis and forecasting, supports resource planning, evaluates operational processes, and measures outcomes to achieve desired results. Identifies improvement opportunities, promotes a customer-focused environment, demonstrates adaptability, and encourages continuous learning within the team.

Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the team. Build and maintain effective partnerships to support business goals and community initiatives. Lead asset protection and risk mitigation activities, leveraging data analysis and best practices. Manage projects to address and prevent shrink issues in stores. Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance programs and data systems. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and banking institutions as assigned. Promote a culture of integrity, ethics, and open communication.

Experience in supporting business strategy development and implementation. Strong analytical and forecasting skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects. Experience in workforce development, talent management, and succession planning. Commitment to integrity, ethics, and fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication, partnership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of asset protection, risk mitigation, and compliance programs. Ability to manage third-party relationships and support continuous improvement.
