Are you a seasoned Stick Welder who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and working in dynamic environments? This role involves diverse welding assignments across various locations, requiring a willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to plan welding layouts.
• Choose appropriate tools and techniques for each project.
• Prepare materials using grinders and other tools to meet exact specifications.
• Perform welding tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure structural integrity.
• Repair and maintain structural components and machinery.
• Keep equipment in top condition to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment

Work in varying temperatures and sometimes uncomfortable environments. Engage in physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders or platforms. Operate mechanical tools and equipment for extended periods, up to 12 hours a day when required. The environment includes both outside and shop settings.

This is a Permanent Placement position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00 / yr.

Compensation & Benefits :

Weekly pay with overtime after 8 hours / day or 40 hours / week.
