Job Description

Do you have strong data entry skills and experience working in a farming, grain, or manufacturing environment? At least 1 year of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience in a similar setting is preferred for this role.

As a Scale Clerk, you'll play a key clerical role in grain operations—interacting with truck drivers and farmers, managing data entry, and ensuring accurate documentation. You'll be responsible for grading grain, weighing trucks, maintaining records, and providing professional customer service throughout the day.

Job Duties :

• Weigh trucks, grade incoming grain, and operate PLC programs
• Perform data entry, answer phones, and file documents
• Receive and verify shipments; organize and process priority orders
• Maintain a clean and organized office space
• Provide professional support to farmers, drivers, and team members

Pay :

$15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Schedule :

Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Must be available to work overtime and weekends during harvest season

Monday-Saturday : 7 : 30-7 : 00

Sunday : 12 : 00-5 : 00
