A respected and expanding litigation firm is seeking a driven Insurance Defense Attorney to join its King of Prussia office. Key Responsibilities :

• Defend clients in General Liability, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle, and Slip & Fall cases
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft legal documents, briefs, and reports with precision and timeliness
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies
• Deliver results through strong negotiation and advocacy
