FP&A Manager – Boston, MA – Private Equity

Our team is working with a leading private equity fund located in Boston looking to hire an FP&A Manager to their growing team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for budgets, forecasts, multi‑year financial plans, a variety of ad‑hoc requests, and the maintenance of a management‑basis P&L for multiple strategies within the fund.

Responsibilities

• Compile analysis around the annual budget process and related monitoring exercises throughout the year (e.g., quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting to the business units, etc.)
• Contribute to the development of the organization’s long‑term multi‑year strategic plan, incorporating real‑time and planned changes to the business.
• Liaise with compensation team and corporate finance / accounting team on a daily basis.
• Record journal entries to adjust the company’s tax‑basis P&L to the management basis as needed.
• Assist with frequent ad‑hoc projects and analysis.
