Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a passion for managing teams and projects in the construction industry? If you have a knack for overseeing complex construction projects and love to see them through from inception to completion, this opportunity is for you. Our company is seeking a Permanent Civil Engineering Group Manager with a deep understanding of wastewater and stormwater systems. This role will require a dynamic professional who can lead our team, manage multiple projects, and ensure that all engineering activities align with our technical and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Civil Engineering Group Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, and facilitating professional development.
• Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, with a specific focus on wastewater and stormwater systems.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
• Ensuring all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
• Developing and implementing project plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Conducting site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Contributing to the development of proposals and bids for new projects.
• Participating in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
• Continually reviewing and improving engineering processes and procedures for increased efficiency and quality.
