Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Floating Property Manager to join our team in our Clarksville, IN and Louisville, KY Region. Monarch has 4 properties in Indiana and 2 in Louisville for a total of 891 market rate units. We are offering up to $57k / yrs, two-weeks' paid time off, and great benefits!

Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage over 75,000 apartment units in 23 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO
