The role involves integrating systematic access to markets, Vol Execution, and trading analytics tools into a unified, streamlined interface. The developer will also work on pivotal strategic enhancements including broker algorithm integration and complex options support. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and maintaining Java-based front-end applications in the finance sector. Technical Requirements :

• BA / BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of development experience in Java
• 5+ years of building UI front ends, specifically with Java Swing
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object Oriented design
• Deep understanding of Multithreading and Distributed Systems
• In-depth experience in OMS and trading
• Extensive experience with high performance, low latency, and scalable / distributed system design and development
• Excellent knowledge of unit-testing frameworks and continuous test driven development practices
