Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and develop monthly and annual production plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance tracking.
- Lead and develop your team by aligning functional strategies with the company's mission and values. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
- Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, systems, and quality assurance tools to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
- Champion a safe work environment by enforcing HSE policies and proactively addressing risks and non-compliance issues.
- Manage departmental budgets and coordinate medium- to long-term work schedules to meet business objectives across multiple teams.
