We're in search of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our Vermont practices who is either board-certified or board-eligible and places a strong emphasis on delivering the optimal patient experience. Step into a fee for service practice that has a very steady patient flow with a 4 month wait list, thanks to the efforts of our experienced surgeons. The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will provide high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care while ensuring optimal patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based clinical practices. Clinical Excellence : Perform a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with precision and attention to patient safety and comfort

Patient Care : Diagnose and manage complex oral health conditions, ensuring the highest quality of personalized care

Collaboration : Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and clinical teams to provide seamless, coordinated patient experiences

Contribute to the practice's growth by building and maintaining strong referral relationships, participating in community outreach, and promoting the practice's values

DDS / DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
