Senior Collections Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Commissions Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective collections strategies to improve commission revenue recovery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collections processes and enhance cash flow

Manage communications with hotel partners and vendors, ensuring high standards in commission-related interactions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related financial operations

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred

Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), and Google Sheets is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Strong analytical abilities with a track record of improving collections processes
