We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with experience in the construction and / or maintenance field Position Summary :

• Perform skilled, complex work on the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems, air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, exhaust fans, economizers, unit and radiant heaters, while also providing basic repair & maintenance on mobile office trailers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

HVAC Certification or degree from accredited training continuing education facility including, but not limited to :

Basic mechanical skills to work on vehicles Average ability to read and write to maintain records Strong organizational skills Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of usage of tools associated with position Physical / Mental Demands :
