About the Role : Must-haves

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to physically maneuver throughout the mine and plant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills

Years of Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in mine supervisory / management, with at least 5 years in a management role Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in maintenance with a high school diploma or GED

Industry Experience : Mining industry experience, particularly in production and maintenance Experience in a similar field, such as engineering or operations management

Education Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences or Engineering Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience
