We are seeking experienced Service Journeyman Electricians to support commercial service projects across Arizona. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining electrical systems for retail and large commercial facilities. The ideal candidate is confident at the journeyman level, highly dependable, and committed to following proper documentation and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to scheduled commercial service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, circuit panels, switches, outlets, and wiring.
  • Perform upgrades, retrofits, and panel work to meet current electrical codes.
  • Work with relays, contacts, lighting photocells, conduit bending, and wire terminations.
  • Accurately follow Check-In / Check-Out procedures, documenting parts and progress with photos in real time before closing out the day.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
  • Ensure all work complies with the NEC and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors when required.
  • Provide professional customer service and represent the company with integrity.
  • Standard day shift hours (with advance scheduling for after-hours service calls).
  • 25% travel (primarily within Arizona)

Qualifications

  • Active Journeyman Electrician License is a plus.
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical service and installation.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.
  • Proficiency with relays, contacts, lighting controls, conduit bending, panel retrofits, and upgrades.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism on every job site.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
