Monthly Compensation : $1150 to $1220

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compassion
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client situations and match them with appropriate services
• Convert qualified leads into consultations using a consultative, trust-building approach
• Meet or exceed performance goals including conversion rates and call metrics
• Maintain accurate, timely notes in CRM systems
• Collaborate with teammates to improve client experience and sales strategy
• Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness and discretion
• Engage customers with care and persistence

Monday to Friday ~ 10AM to 7PM, or 11AM to 8PM Flexible schedule with potential compensated weekend work required
