Diesel and Trailer Mechanic

_Salary Range : $40K-$65k a year_

_Experience and Requirements : _

_1 to 3 years of fleet maintenance and repair preferred_

_Current and valid driver’s license_

_Technicians must own and provide all tools (diagnostic equipment and major tools provided by Youhas)_

_Professional Skills : _

_Basic knowledge and skill of all vehicle systems and components_

_Basic knowledge and skill in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems on all equipment_

_Basic knowledge and skill in welding and cutting (gas, electric, MIG, TIG)_

_Basic computer skills and knowledge_

_Main duties to preform routine oil changes, maintain fleet of 15 semi tractors and 21 53' trailers including Volvos, Kenworth and Peterbilt. 21 trailers to maintenance. Diesel engine experience preferred as we also preform rebuilds and inflames on Diesel engines. Qualified to determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic test; indentify worn and damaged parts. Maintain vehicle appearance, maintain vehicle records by recording services and repairs for small but growing trucking company. Salary based on experience._

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours : 25 – 45 per week
