Job Description

Position : Google & YouTube Media Buyer

Level : Mid–Senior

Experience : 5+ years in performance media

Location : Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Google & YouTube Media Buyer to own and drive high-performance campaigns in fast-moving, culture-driven industries. You’ll manage strategy, execution, and optimization across YouTube, Search, Display, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel campaign management across Google Ads and YouTube
• Consistently hit or exceed KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) across multiple accounts
• Manage and develop high-performing creative (copy & video) with internal / external teams
• Launch and scale campaigns with structured testing across audiences, placements, bidding, and creative
• Maintain test logs and share insights to drive a performance-first mindset
• Collaborate closely with client leads, creatives, and analytics to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor competitors and industry shifts to inform strategy
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things Google & YouTube Ads
