Job Description

The Program Manager serves as the senior authority responsible for managing all contractor efforts under the assigned task order. This role requires exceptional qualifications and recognized expertise, functioning at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level. The Program Manager will oversee multi-project / multi-task technical or Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) contract assignments, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and expert-level guidance on highly complex programs. This position is the primary point of contact for the Government and ensures the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with contractual obligations, and the protection of sensitive and classified information.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Management Leadership :

• Strategic Planning & Resource Management : Lead all strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing initiatives to align resources with task requirements and mission objectives.
• Quality Assurance : Establish, communicate, and enforce rigorous quality standards for all work performed.
• Performance Oversight : Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues impacting successful capability delivery.
• Compliance & Governance : Ensure full compliance with all administrative, contractual, and security requirements.
• Government Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Maintain availability during core hours and respond to requests for discussion or technical resolution within 48 hours.
• Security & Confidentiality : Handle classified (Secret / TS-SCI) information, correspondence, and communications in strict accordance with security protocols.
