At least 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience, including 3+ years dedicated to CLM solutions with strong knowledge of Conga Apttus modules, configurations, data models, and integration points.

Experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus

Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM, CPQ and ERP architecture.

NO CPQ or Salesforce focused BSA's

Someone who has deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus

Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus .

8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience, including 3+ years dedicated to CLM solutions with strong knowledge of Conga Apttus modules, configurations, data models, and integration points.

Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management processes (drafting, approvals, negotiations, e-signature, renewals and obligations management).

Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM, CPQ and ERP architecture.

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to analyze processes, identify improvements and design scalable solutions.

Lead requirements workshops and translate complex business needs into clear documentation (business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications).

Partner with technical teams to design solutions that align with overall business strategy and objectives.

Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet requirements.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, including facilitating standups and managing stories.

Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams and convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
