Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Radiation Oncology

Job Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (06 : 45 - 15 : 30)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 3 years required

License : MA RN license required

Certifications :

  • BLS (Required)
  • OCN (Preferred)
  • ONS / ONCC (Preferred)

Must-Have :

  • EPIC EMR experience
  • Oncology experience
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Teamwork and good communication skills

    • Job Description :

  • Work as a Radiation Oncology RN during day shifts
  • Care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing radiation treatment
  • Conduct RN assessments and patient education
  • Participate in external beam radiation procedures
  • Open 7 AM to 7 PM with shifts varying to meet center needs
  • No on-call, floating, or weekend shifts required
  • Scrubs in any color accepted

    • Additional Details :

  • Orientation hours : 24 hours required before start
  • Department open from 7 AM to 7 PM
  • Community hospital experience required
  • Flu vaccine required with medical exemptions only
