Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong foundation in delivery execution and a background in technology. This role is ideal for professionals who began their careers as delivery analysts or software developers and have transitioned into program or product management. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a technical environment and managing programs across diverse technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and success metrics.
  • Drive alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Promote agile practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or product management, with a focus on delivery execution.
  • Technical backgroundeither as a developer or delivery analystwith a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Experience managing programs in a multi-technology environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate and lead in complex technical environments.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are a plus.
