Trane Technologies is hiring a Senior Controls Project Manager in Texas! As a Senior Controls Project Manager, you will be responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects within the Commercial HVAC Controls / Building Automation space. You will lead the project team through all facets of the project and is established as the point of contact for all stakeholders. The portfolio of projects will contain multi-building or complex controls projects. In this role, the Senior Controls PM will be expected to mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert on HVAC controls for the business.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Compensation : Base Pay Range : $105,000 - $140,000 plus incentive. Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
