Zayo is seeking a Manager of Events to lead Zayo's events strategy and execution. This senior role is responsible for overseeing our most critical customer-facing and internal eventsincluding internal events, industry trade shows, executive summits, and demand-generation experiences.

This individual will lead a small but mighty team, manage key agency / vendor relationships, and partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, People Ops, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, creative energy, and a deep understanding of how events drive brand, engagement, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Own the end-to-end events strategy aligned to Zayo's marketing objectives, commercial priorities, and brand vision.
• Develop a 12-month events roadmap that supports campaign goals, revenue motions, and partner strategies.
• Serve as the senior advisor on all high-impact event experiences, including executive participation and messaging.

Estimated Base Salary Range : $68,100 - $104,700 USD / annually. The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non-sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
