Repair HVAC Systems : Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems

Preventative Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring they run efficiently and reliably.

Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to explain issues, offer solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with services performed.

System Evaluations : Conduct assessments of HVAC systems and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements as needed.

Documentation : Maintain accurate service records, including reports on services performed, parts used, and any follow-up recommendations.

Safety and Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and codes to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.

• Qualifications :
• KY HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification
• 2+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
