A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (FULLY REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and defend insurance claims and litigation cases
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
Collaborate with clients and provide legal advice on insurance matters
Required Qualifications
Active California Bar license
Experience in insurance defense law
Ability to meet 1920 billable hours annually
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Strong understanding of insurance regulations and laws
