Title : Project Manager Manufacturing / Plant Engineering Operations

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our North America client organization as they expand into more enterprise-level equipment and fastener projects. Our teams are highly technical and fast-paced, and we need a project management professional who can bring structure, alignment, and execution discipline across multiple functions and regions.
This is a customer-facing coordination role where you'll ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and strong collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and business development teams. You'll serve as the organizational hub - driving project timelines, maintaining trackers, managing workflows, and driving accountability for deliverables across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical project teams, ensuring timely, high-quality, and customer-aligned deliverables.
- Define project scope, establish milestones, and oversee progress to align with business and engineering objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business development.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Utilize Agile and other project management methodologies to drive effective workflows and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track.
- Maintain and update detailed project trackers, schedules, and task lists in Monday.com , Jira , and related tools.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and communication between teams in North America, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and executive briefings to senior stakeholders on project status and risks.
- Promote project management awareness and structured practices within customer-facing and technical teams.
Qualifications & Experience
5 8 years of project management experience in M anufacturing, engineering, electricals or industrial automation environments. Total 12+ years of experience needed.Proven track record leading complex, customer-facing technical projects across multiple regions or time zones.Proficiency in Monday.com, Jira, and other PM and reporting tools.Strong understanding of full project lifecycles - from design and pre-production through installation and delivery.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and structured PM frameworks.Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required.PMP certification and Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent) are required.Key Attributes for Success
