• Benefits Representatives will focus on generating and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

Work with management to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, listening actively to their concerns, and provide solutions in line with the company's customer service policies.
