Restore Function – Deliver effective therapy sessions based on individualized PT plans.

Evaluate & Document – Assist with assessments and maintain accurate progress notes using our EMR.

Collaborate Across Disciplines – Work closely with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to provide holistic, resident-focused care.

Keep Patients on Track – Motivate residents and adjust treatments to maximize functional outcomes.

Qualifications :

Current NY State Physical Therapist Assistant license

Active CPR / BLS Certification
