11 patients per 8 hour work day.

13 or 26 week contracts available

In order to obtain an AZ OT License, the candidate must submit a fingerprint clearance card along with the application. Fingerprint clearance estimated turnaround time is- 4-6 weeks.

OT Application estimated turnaround time is 3-6 weeks- the whole process can take anywhere from 10-12 weeks.

Daily Caseload per tech : 8-11 patients

Hand Therapy Cert - HIGHLY PREFERRED

RTO Restrictions : RTO needs to be approved by the facility

Special Requirements : Outpatient therapy clinic with OT, PT and SLP services. Opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic with OT, PT and ST as well as in-network orthopedics, neuro and primary care providers.
