Ag Operations

A well-established agribusiness in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Ag Operator to support daily operations across its grain and fertilizer facilities. This is a full-time, hands-on role with year-round stability, overtime opportunities, and the chance to grow within a stable, multi-location organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily grain elevator and fertilizer plant operations, including receiving, blending, drying, and shipping products
• Operate and maintain equipment such as conveyors, grain dryers, forklifts, and loaders (training provided)
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Support shop and facility maintenance, including basic mechanical repairs and upkeep
• Perform tasks at heights or in physically demanding environments when required
• Provide flexible support across departments, stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
