What We're Looking For
We are on the hunt for independently licensed clinicians in California who are ready to make a meaningful impact while growing with us. Our ideal candidates are :
Willing to see 15-21 clients per week
Behavioral health generalists comfortable working with couples and children, with our support
Individuals who appreciate autonomy while thriving as part of a collaborative team
Interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities
Possessing strong character traits : integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
Qualifications :
Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California
Must reside and hold a valid license in the state where services are provided
Compensation :
Up to $62,000, based on licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
