A company is looking for a Manager, Charge Description Master.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all chargemaster activities and ensure timely resolution of CDM requests and edits

Collaborate with departments to identify trends in charge capture errors and provide necessary education

Prepare monthly analytics reports and establish departmental goals to optimize performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations

HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire

Proven leadership and staff management experience

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and charge capture practices
