Job description

A company is looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX / UI design for product teams, collaborating with cross-functional members to define requirements and user goals

Conduct user research and testing to identify design opportunities and enhance product usability

Manage design processes from research to execution, ensuring consistency and quality across products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in a UX or Product Designer role

Experience with Enterprise software, SaaS, or complex design work preferred

Mastery of Figma or willingness to work exclusively in Figma

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
