Operated by Methodist Home for Children in partnership with the Department of Public Safety, the Bridges Juvenile Crisis and Assessment Center in Winston-Salem, NC provides comprehensive juvenile assessments in a residential setting, connecting youth aged 10 to 17 to the services they need in their communities. Our mission is to create brighter futures for Level II offenders, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey.
We are currently seeking one Supervisor for Day Shift (7 AM – 7 PM) to lead and inspire our dedicated team.
What You'll Do:As a supervisor, you will:
Provide hands-on supervision and training to Youth Care Workers, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
Implement direct care services and ensure the delivery of high-quality support to youth in our care.
Actively engage youth in assessment activities, helping them unlock their potential and find the services that match their needs.
Monitor and maintain the safety and integrity of the physical property, ensuring a secure environment for all.
Age Requirement: At least 21 years old.
Experience: Background in a human services field, particularly working with youth.
Leadership Skills: Previous supervisory or staff management experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Licensing: A valid driver’s license.
Compliance: Ability to pass pre-employment background, driving, and substance screenings.
