DT-Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Clinic Pharmacist for a travel job in Taos, New Mexico.

Pharmacist : Indian Health Service, Taos-Picuris Service Unit

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Eight hour shift, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

One hour lunch break

Role

Perform pharmacist duties and manage patient needs

Work in the outpatient pharmacy

Enter and review documentation in the Electronic Health Record

Maintain accuracy of clinical data and records

Follow Joint Commission standards

Follow safety reporting rules under CCHCF Safety Measure Policy

Submit weekly timesheet and invoice for hours

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license

Resume or CV

Current certifications

Proof of experience that meets the Performance Work Statement

Malpractice details and any board or legal actions, if present

Government staff will not hold interviews.
