Duties include but are not limited to :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
- Manage and train kitchen team members
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniquesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong leadership and team management abilitiesPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
