About the Role
Were looking for a high-energy PT Sales Manager who loves fitness, loves people, and knows how to close. This role drives Personal Training revenue through high-quality Welcome Workouts, strong follow-up, and confident sales conversations. Youll be the face of our PT department on the floor converting new members into clients and helping them take the next step in their fitness journey.
This is a sales-first position focused on hitting monthly goals for PT revenue, PT EFT setups, and dotFIT supplement sales. Your trainers will be supported and developed by the Regional Personal Training Director your job is to sell , build relationships, and move people into the right program.
What Youll Do
Welcome Workouts & Sales Execution
Conduct high-quality Welcome Workouts for new membersHit required pacing : 70% booked / 50% show / 30% closedPresent PT packages confidently and professionallyRecommend dotFIT supplementation during every consultationTrack all appointments and outcomes in Club OS / ABCPT Revenue & EFT Growth
Hit monthly PT revenue and PT EFT setup goalsSell PT packages, upgrades, and resignsMaintain an organized daily follow-up systemReactivate past prospects, no-shows, and missed opportunitiesMember Engagement
Connect with members on the floor and build rapportUnderstand goals and match members to the right programSupport trainers by handing off clients after a saleDaily Operations
Maintain a clean and organized sales workspaceFollow company sales scripts, processes, and systemsUpdate pacing boards, logs, supplement tracking, and CRM notesWhat Were Looking For
Required
Sales experience (fitness sales or similar strongly preferred)Comfortable presenting pricing and overcoming objectionsStrong phone, text, and in-person communication skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hoursOrganized, disciplined follow-up habitsPositive, professional, and coachable attitudePreferred
Experience selling Personal TrainingExperience in supplements or nutrition productsFamiliarity with lead management tools like ABC or Club OSAbout Lift RF
