Position : RN-Oncology (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Oncology for a 13-week contract in Little Rock, Arkansas — earn up to ($2180 - $2295 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide specialized oncology care to patients in a hospital setting.
Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments safely and effectively.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for continuity of care.
Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care quality.
Adapt to a dynamic work environment with a focus on achieving targets.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of oncology care protocols.
Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal and professional growth.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license with oncology specialization in Arkansas.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in oncology nursing.
Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and related treatments.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
Proven ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Strong analytical skills to utilize data for patient care improvement.
