Job Title : Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location : Sarasota
Schedule : 3 to 5 Days / Week No Evenings or Weekends
Compensation : Base $400k-$450k + Tiered Bonus (Annual Take-Home $800k-$1M)
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join a well-established, physician-led dermatology practice known for its patient-first philosophy, ethical approach, and exceptional long-term team stability. With no private equity involvement and no pressure for high-volume turnover , this practice offers a unique opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care.
This position is open to both full-time (up to 5 days / week) and part-time (minimum 3 days / week) candidates. New fellowship graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary : $400,000 - $450,000
- Bonus Structure : Tiered productivity bonus (40-50% of collections)
- First-Year Take-Home Potential : $800,000 - $1,000,000+
- Relocation Reimbursement : Available after 90 days
- CME : $2,500 annually
